Thank you for choosing to shop with Wild Kitty. By placing an order with us, you are accepting our terms and conditions, even if you have not read them. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us prior to placing your order.
Purchases & Payment
Due to high demand for items, we reserve the right to re-sell any item until payment has been received. To secure an item, please pay immediately. If payment is not received after 3 business days, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction and re-sell the item. Goods will not be dispatched until full payment has been received, including shipping costs if applicable. Multiple purchases posted in the same parcel will not be dispatched until all items have been paid for.
Orders may be cancelled at any time by notifying us in writing.
Payments via Direct Deposit
Our bank account details for direct deposits will automatically be provided at checkout. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure they have entered the correct account details when paying for items via direct deposit. Wild Kitty cannot be held responsible for any bank fees associated with paying for items via direct deposit including but not limited to overdrawn fees for insufficient funds and fees for return payments in the event of incorrect account details being entered.
Payments via Paypal
All payments via Paypal are subject to Paypal's User Agreement for Paypal Service.
Wild Kitty accepts no liability for non-completion of any transaction due to, but not limited to the following: paypal faults, internet connectivity problems, ebay faults, ebay and/or paypal policy changes and is under no obligation to dispatch goods until full payment has been received.

Payments via Personal Cheque or Money Order
Please post any payments via cheque or money order to Po Box 535, Mudgeeraba QLD 4213.
Payments made by post are at the buyers own risk. We recommend and payments by mail to be sent using registered post with insurance up to the value of the cheque or money order. Wild Kitty cannot be held responsible for any fees associated with obtaining a cheque, money order, postage or insurance costs and any fees associated with re-issuing the same in the event the payment is not received by us. Do not post cash.
Shipping & Delivery
It is the buyer's responsibility to check their shipping address is correct at the time of payment. Any returned items due to incorrect or insufficient address details will be subject to an additional delivery cost. We will attempt to contact you via email prior to posting any items if we require further address details.
Wild Kitty will post any items within ONE business day of full payment being received. Once items are posted, they are the responsibility of Australia Post and its contractors, and are subject to their transit times and delays.
Orders over $89 for delivery within Australia, will be posted FREE OF CHARGE by Express Post with Signature on delivery.
Orders $88.99 and under will be charged $7.95 for Standard Postage or $10.95 for Express Post. These options are available to choose at checkout. All postage options include online tracking and signature on delivery.
Wild Kitty will lodge an investigation with Australia Post for any item not received within 10 business days from the date of posting for parcels within Australia or 25 business days from the date of posting for international parcels. Please make allowances for weekends and Public Holidays when ordering. Please contact us if you have not received your item after this time frame. We will do all that we can to help locate the whereabouts of your parcel.
International Payments & Delivery
It is the buyer's responsibility to pay any import taxes, customs duties and fees applicable, as calculated by their destination country. Wild Kitty cannot be held responsible for any delays with items clearing customs, including the payment of customs fees for storage of your item whilst you arrange payment of any applicable fees.
Wild Kitty is unable to determine these fees and any international buyers should contact their local customs office for further information, prior to purchasing.
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the product can be lawfully imported to their country.
We are legally required to state the true value of the goods on any Customs Declaration Forms. This is especially important for insurance purposes. Please do not ask us to adjust any value on the Customs Declaration Form.
We accept Paypal for international payments only. Free Shipping for orders does not apply to any address outside Australia.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We will happily accept any returns for exchange or store credit within thirty days of purchase.
Returns are subject to the goods being returned to us for inspection and processing.
Goods must be returned neatly folded in their original packaging with all swing tags attached in a new, unworn (tried on is ok) condition. Please be mindful of makeup and deodorant marks on clothing.
An item which appears worn, soiled, damaged, has missing swing tags or is not returned in the same condition it was sent out in will not be accepted for return or exchange and will be sent back to the buyer.
Some items (such as hosiery items in sealed packaging) cannot be accepted for return once the packaging has been opened. If you change your mind, please return these items prior to opening.
Buyer is responsible for all postage charges for returning the item to us. We strongly recommend the use of tracking and/or signature on delivery for any returns. Wild Kitty cannot be held responsible for any postage delays or items lost in transit which are sent back by the buyer without tracking and/or insurance.
Any refunds issued will be excluding the original postage charges and the cost of return postage charges, with the exception of faulty items. In the event of a faulty item, Wild Kitty will refund all postage charges associated with the purchase and return.

Any items which are found to be faulty will be replaced as soon as possible, at our expense. If the item is no longer available, we will offer replacement with an alternate item or a store credit or refund.
Any item which is found faulty must be notified to us within seven days of receipt.
Any refunds issued for faulty items will include all postage charges associated with the purchase and return of the item. Please include your receipt for return postage in the parcel with the return so we can reimburse you.
Any faulty items which are being returned for exchange, we will reimburse you the cost of the return of the item. Please include your receipt for return postage in the parcel with the return so we can reimburse you. We will post out any exchange at our expense, using a method of our choice.
Incorrect & Out of Stock Items
We maintain strict inventory controls, but sometimes human errors can occur. If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can rectify this.
If an item is for sale in our store, it is usually in stock on our premises and can be sent without delay. In the event of an out of stock item, we will contact you as soon as possible after purchase to advise of this. We will advise if we have any other colours, sizes or similar items available. We will also advise if the item is on order, or can be ordered and an estimated delivery date. If there is no suitable alternate item or the item cannot be supplied in a timely manner we will issue a full refund.

We work very hard to provide excellent customer service, fast postage and bring you quality products at reasonable prices. If you have a query regarding the item you have purchased or our service, please contact us. We'll do our best to resolve any problems quickly.
Customer satisfaction is very important to us, we ask that you do not leave any negative comments or feedback on any social media without contacting us first. We are committed to providing you with the best experience possible when shopping with us and will do everything we can to resolve any issues promptly.
Wild Kitty collects and remits GST in accordance with the requirements of the Australian Taxation Office. GST of 10% is included in our prices.
